Finally!!! Boat is out of storage and got out open water fishing!

Well its been a long winter and spring is right around the corner! Pulled the boat home from storage and it sure feels good to have it back in the garage! All the equipment is put back into the boat and now just patiently waiting for some nice weather to get back on the Winnebago system or target some of the pre spawned females in Oconto or Peshtigo River.

I got to be a passenger this past Sunday on my buddies boat. We decided to target some Browns on Lake Michigan out of Sheboygan. We set up near the golf course using flicker shads and smithwicks. Had a lot of short bites that we lost and ended up boating 3. Just felt awesome and relaxing to finally get back trolling on open water! Looking forward to going again soon!

Lake Winnebago is still froze over as well as the Bay of Green Bay. We need some warm weather and rain!!!!
